About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting team growth, performance, and engagement
  • Mentor and coach current People & Culture team members, fostering development, knowledge sharing, and new ways of thinking
  • Lead and improve people processes with an agile mindset—think org design, talent development, feedback culture, career frameworks
  • Drive organizational development projects aligned with our growth ambitions
  • Ensure seamless collaboration using agile ways of working and tools like Jira
  • Partner with teams across Barcelona and our global locations to drive consistency and excellence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in People & Culture, Talent Development, or Organizational Design roles
  • A growth mindset and passion for helping others grow and perform at their best
  • Proven experience as a mentor or coach to fellow P&C professionals and cross-functional peers
  • Strong background in agile methodologies, ideally in digital or tech environments
  • Proficiency in Jira or similar tools and understanding of how P&C can support agile teams effectively
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international, and evolving organizations.
