About the role
- Provide Level 2 support in Citrix environments
- Diagnose and resolve critical incidents involving Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Administration of Citrix DaaS and on-premises environments
- Management and troubleshooting of Citrix DaaS and on-premises deployments
- Performance analysis and environment tuning
- Liaison with vendors for opening and managing technical support tickets
- Technical documentation and development of best practices
- Technical support for the Level 1 team
- Participation in upgrades, migrations and improvement projects
Requirements
- Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Experience with Citrix DaaS and on-premises deployments
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
- Experience with Windows Server
- Knowledge of performance troubleshooting
- Experience with high-availability environments
- Experience opening and managing vendor support tickets
- Citrix certifications (a plus if you have them)
- Experience in enterprise environments (a plus)
