Software Engineer

• Lead the technical development of customized solutions on the Freshservice platform
• Design and develop applications using the Freshworks Developer Platform (FDK)
• Develop private and public apps for Freshservice
• Define technical architecture for complex integrations via REST APIs and webhooks
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, DevOps, IAM, security tools, automation, among others)
• Implement secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, tokens, and permission controls)
• Create advanced automations and extensions that expand the platform’s native capabilities
• Perform technical analysis of requirements and propose scalable, sustainable solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Define technical standards, guidelines, and development governance
• Work on resolving high-complexity technical issues
• Ensure quality, security, and performance of delivered solutions
• Support technical estimates and feasibility assessments for strategic requests
• Act as a technical mentor to developers and analysts
• Document architecture, integrations, and technical decisions
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and the technological evolution of the Freshservice ecosystem
