About the role
- Handle high-quality inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, BDRs, and conferences, qualifying and converting them into happy Popl customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by accurately tracking and updating opportunities in Salesforce.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of Popl’s solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to strategically position Popl’s offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuous improvement of our sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mid-market sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, and others for engaging inbound leads.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively via Zoom calls, emails, and phone calls.
- Highly driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
