About the role

  • Procurement / Purchasing - Daily operational support for procurement and management of ultra-fresh products
  • Logistics - Daily operational support for logistics (Mon–Sat)
  • IT Supply - Definition and oversight of IT Supply projects (ERP developments and restaurant back-office tool)
  • Management - Supervision of a team of 3: Procurement/Purchasing, Order Management/Logistics (ADV/Logistics), IT Supply

Requirements

  • Master's degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent)
  • 6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, including some management experience
  • Experience in a restaurant, QSR, retail or FMCG environment
  • Excellent command of end-to-end Supply Chain issues (procurement, replenishment, logistics)
  • Strong experience in supplier management and negotiation (pricing, contracts, tenders/RFQs)
  • Good Excel skills and a solid understanding of information systems
