About the role
- Working closely with the HR Systems and Data Manager and wider HR teams
- Ensure our HR systems and people data provide meaningful insight that supports informed decision-making
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting from our HRIS (Workday)
- Translate data into clear narratives that help the business understand trends, risks and opportunities
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and analysis, interpreting results and highlighting key insights
- Support core Workday modules including HCM, Absence and Benefits
- Contribute to audits and exception reporting
- Work with third-party providers such as engagement survey and benefits platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience working with an HRIS as a key user (Workday experience desirable)
- Experience of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) for Workday HCM or other relevant system.
- Strong experience in HR data, MI and reporting within a corporate environment
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data modelling
- Confidence in interpreting and presenting data clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, confidential and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A passion for improving employee experience through data and insight
