About the role

  • Working closely with the HR Systems and Data Manager and wider HR teams
  • Ensure our HR systems and people data provide meaningful insight that supports informed decision-making
  • Deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting from our HRIS (Workday)
  • Translate data into clear narratives that help the business understand trends, risks and opportunities
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and analysis, interpreting results and highlighting key insights
  • Support core Workday modules including HCM, Absence and Benefits
  • Contribute to audits and exception reporting
  • Work with third-party providers such as engagement survey and benefits platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with an HRIS as a key user (Workday experience desirable)
  • Experience of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) for Workday HCM or other relevant system.
  • Strong experience in HR data, MI and reporting within a corporate environment
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data modelling
  • Confidence in interpreting and presenting data clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, confidential and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • A passion for improving employee experience through data and insight
