About the role

  • Taking on responsibility within the company as (part-)project manager in client projects
  • Collaborating on projects at the interface of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalization and software development
  • Designing strategy and transformation projects across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience
  • Contributing to the strategic, operational or organizational development of energy-related topics, such as hydrogen utilization, green power and flexibility marketing, new business models for decentralized energy supply, or CO2 emissions accounting
  • Continuous professional development on current topics and trends in the energy sector
  • Supporting the promotion of the firm’s interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for joining a motivated, committed team and contributing your own ideas
  • Initial practical experience from internships or early-career roles in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-agnostic)
  • A solid university degree with a technical, scientific, business/economics or information technology focus
  • Enjoyment in combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, economic assessment and hands-on implementation
  • Reliability, team spirit, openness and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics forward and establishing sustainable change
  • Some presentation and moderation experience and solid MS Office skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
