About the role

  • As part of a team of highly qualified colleagues, you take responsibility for the successful delivery of our clients' projects
  • You design strategy and transformation projects, advise across the energy value chain, and ensure their successful implementation
  • Take on responsibility within the organization as (part-)project lead in client engagements
  • Work on projects at the interface of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalization, and software development
  • Develop strategy and transformation concepts across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience
  • Contribute to the strategic, operational, or organizational development of energy-related topics
  • Continuous professional development on current trends and developments in the energy sector
  • Support the promotion of our interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations

Requirements

  • Desire to work in a motivated and committed team and to contribute your own ideas
  • Initial practical experience through internships or entry-level roles in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-independent)
  • A strong university degree in a technical, natural science, business/economics, or information technology field
  • Enjoy combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, business acumen, and implementation work
  • Reliability, team spirit, openness, and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics forward, and establishing sustainable change
  • Initial presentation and facilitation experience, as well as MS Office skills
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
