Events

• Confirm and manage the executive’s daily calendar, ensuring they are fully prepared and aligned with all commitments
• Monitor and assist with email inboxes and Voxer communication, flagging urgent items and organizing messages efficiently
• Manage scheduling and rescheduling of internal meetings, podcast interviews, and public appearances
• Ensure all presentation materials are finalized, accurate, submitted on time, and aligned with marketing deliverables and offers
• Serve as a communication liaison between the executive and departments including PR, Marketing, Affiliate, Events, and Program Teams
• Assist in planning and executing logistics for both live and virtual events, including venue coordination, menus, materials, and on-site setup
• Ensure the executive is equipped with presentation essentials for all speaking engagements
• Coordinate with media and production teams for live filming, class recordings, and interviews
• Be available to support nights and weekends during live events or travel
• Manage personalized gifting and thank-you gestures from the executive to guests, team members, and collaborators
• Work closely with internal leaders across departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and media opportunities
• Assist in locking in event dates and managing the executive’s availability across company initiatives and partnerships

Events and Media Coordinator

Sales

• Lead and manage a pod of 12–15 remote Sales Strategists, reporting to executive sales leadership
• Lead daily team meetings (huddles) and align on KPIs, motivation, and pipeline strategies
• Conduct weekly 1:1 performance coaching sessions and growth check-ins; create personalized development plans
• Monitor and manage individual and pod-level performance through CRM and internal dashboards; ensure quotas are met
• Oversee deal structures and approvals to maintain compliance with pricing and ethical standards
• Identify and resolve sales funnel bottlenecks and conversion delays
• Conduct real-time and post-call performance reviews using structured scorecards; enforce script adherence and ethical selling
• Facilitate weekly group coaching, role-plays, and skill-building sessions; provide targeted coaching to improve closing strategies
• Translate organizational revenue goals into actionable sales plans; collaborate with marketing and operations on funnel performance
• Monitor metrics such as close rate, order value, and sales velocity to inform strategy adjustments
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance protocols, legal standards, and customer data confidentiality; maintain CRM data integrity

• Responsibilities include HR Records Management (contracting, onboarding, offboarding), Benefits Administration (health insurance, retirement plans), Employee Relations, Event planning (annual Christmas party), Compliance and Policy Implementation, Data Reporting and Analysis.
• Requirements include 3+ years of HR experience, knowledge of HR processes, strong organization, excellent communication, proficiency in HRIS (Rippling preferred) and Google Suite, confidentiality.
