About the role
- Systematic expansion of the customer base in Southern Germany with a clear focus on new business
- Management and development of an existing account portfolio
- Active market penetration through targeted acquisition and structured territory development
- Reactivation of dormant customer relationships and maximization of potential with existing customers
- Regular customer and prospect visits across the sales territory
- Close collaboration with the European sales team
- Direct reporting line to the Sales Lead Manager
- Independent planning of travel activities and sales strategy from the home office
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in polymers, plastics processing or materials distribution
- Proven track record in territory development and new customer acquisition
- Confident in building sustainable business relationships at decision-maker level
- Structured, self-directed working style in a decentralized setup
- High willingness to travel within Southern Germany
- Residence preferably in the Frankfurt or Munich area
- Business fluent in German and English
