About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced** **Compliance Manager to play a key role in the continued success and growth of our MGA platform within the PCIS business. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will take ownership of the oversight, onboarding, and regulatory management of our network of Appointed Representatives (ARs).****
  • This is a high-impact position, combining regulatory expertise with operational delivery. You will lead initiatives to strengthen compliance frameworks, support business growth through AR onboarding, and ensure an excellent, compliant customer journey.****

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ compliance experience within the insurance sector, ideally within MGA or AR environments
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, including PRIN, ICOBS, SYSC, and SUP
  • Proven experience working with Appointed Representative models
  • Experience reviewing financial promotions and conducting compliance monitoring
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment****
