Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes, with the ability to independently drive multiple searches while maintaining quality and pace.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles, with an understanding of how to assess talent and build strong pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with hiring managers, influence decisions, and provide guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong experience proactively identifying and engaging talent using sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques, as well as building and maintaining pipelines.
  • A consistent track record of delivering a high-quality, professional candidate experience, with clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
