About the role

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in the corporate market, focusing on educational solutions (executive education, in-company programs, corporate MBAs, training and customized projects).
  • Prospect new clients (mid-sized and large companies), identifying business opportunities aligned with the company’s portfolio.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business challenges, culture and development needs.
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle: needs assessment, solution design, proposal, negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, L&D, corporate universities and business leaders.
  • Work collaboratively with academic, instructional and project teams to ensure well-aligned, high-value solutions.
  • Update CRM, pipeline and sales forecasts, ensuring commercial visibility and governance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in corporate education, training, corporate universities, consultancies, edtechs or organizational development solutions.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with executives, HR, L&D and business stakeholders.
  • Experience selling complex solutions with mid-to-high ticket values.
  • Negotiation skills, proposal development and contract-closing experience.
  • Commercial discipline, organization and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
