Project Manager

• Manage the Institute's project portfolio end-to-end: schedule, scope, deliverables, and performance indicators.
• Prepare and submit technical proposals for calls for proposals and funding opportunities.
• Monitor field implementation: visits to cooperatives and hubs.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, cooperatives, public authorities, and institutional partners.
• Liaise with Polen's clients who finance the projects.
• Develop and coordinate the actions of the communication and environmental education plan required by regulatory bodies.
• Prepare technical reports and financial accountability reports for funders and environmental agencies.
• Represent the Institute at events, hub inaugurations, and sectoral forums.
