Salesforce Consultant

• You will collaborate with in-house colleagues from software development, marketing, sales, product and data analytics to take the central CRM system built on a Salesforce infrastructure to the next level.
• You will work on a project basis and in an agile, interdisciplinary in-house team with other consultants, Salesforce developers, CRM engineers, product owners and, where needed, external service providers to realize business goals across the stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Together with the team you will ensure that user experience and usability are implemented in Salesforce during development so that nearly 300 Salesforce users across business units gain real value.
• You will measure the success of CRM initiatives using quantitative KPIs and qualitative customer feedback.
