About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance systems in C#/.NET for real-time pricing, analytics, and portfolio/risk workflows
- Own projects end‑to‑end and partner with PMs, Quant Research, Data, and Risk to clarify requirements, produce technical designs, and deliver production software
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and contribute to platform standards (APIs, messaging, data models, testing, deployment, code quality)
- Mentor and unblock teammates; contribute to design reviews and code reviews
- Improve platform reliability through proactive issue detection, observability, performance tuning, and robust failure handling
- Participate in a support/on-call rotation, ensuring platform stability and timely responses to user requests
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Strong experience in architecting and developing distributed, real-time systems using messaging technologies
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL and practical experience with data modelling
- Capital market experience in Rates, Credit, Equity, or Commodities
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
