About the role
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of multi-skilled staff during service
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in the restaurant
- Receive and check incoming deliveries and goods at the restaurant
- Welcome and assist customers (taking orders, using Tabesto, etc.)
- Manage restaurant openings and closings
- Supervise all on-site order payments and cash handling
- Organize and lead pre- and post-shift briefings
- Train new multi-skilled staff and team leaders
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant as a team leader
- Dynamic and curious: you enjoy being hands-on, taking initiative, and working in a young, stimulating environment
