• Supervise and coordinate the activities of multi-skilled staff during service
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in the restaurant
• Receive and check incoming deliveries of goods at the restaurant
• Welcome and assist customers (taking orders, using Tabesto, etc.)
• Manage restaurant openings and closings
• Oversee all on-site order payments and transactions
• Organize and lead start-of-service and end-of-service briefings

• Under the direct supervision of the Purchasing Director, and working cross-functionally with all HQ departments (IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, QHSE) and various IT service providers, you will carry out several responsibilities.
• Manage and optimize the Adoria software
• Provide level 1 and 2 support to users (head office and restaurants)
• Manage data and recipe configuration
• Administer user access and permissions
• Train teams and keep training materials up to date
• Oversee software enhancement projects and participate in the integration of new features
• Monitor and analyze performance using Power BI
• Deploy and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Integrate new data sources
• Ensure the updating, consistency, and distribution of reporting
• Track projects related to product quality and performance
