About the role
- Welcome customers by presenting our menu options, informing them, and offering a brief Hawaiian culinary experience from order to payment
- Take on-site and takeaway orders via various platforms while managing the flow of delivery drivers
- Lead and supervise teams during service
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Ensure proper implementation of operational production processes
- Ensure correct procurement and inventory management
- Manage operational HR: recruitment, training, scheduling, targets, working time, annual reviews, etc.
- Foster a positive team spirit within the restaurant
- Monitor the restaurant’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in restaurant management
- Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
- Energetic and curious: you enjoy being hands-on, taking initiative, and working in a young, dynamic environment
- You have a natural aptitude for operations and want to grow in a stimulating environment
