About the role
- Greet customers by presenting our different offerings, inform them, and provide a small Hawaiian culinary interlude from taking the order to checkout
- Take dine-in and takeaway orders via various platforms while managing the flow of delivery drivers
- Lead and supervise teams during service
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Ensure operational production processes are properly applied
- Handle procurement and inventory management
- Implement operational HR management: recruitment, training, scheduling, targets, working time, annual reviews, etc.
- Foster a positive team spirit within the restaurant
- Monitor key restaurant metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in the restaurant industry as a manager
- Organised and detail-oriented: you are comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
- Energetic and curious: you enjoy being active, taking initiative, and working in a young, dynamic environment
- You have a natural inclination for operational work and want to grow in a stimulating environment
