About the role
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding customers' business objectives and challenges
- Identify opportunities to expand our Cyber Security IAM solutions within customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Conduct regular account and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to customers on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and IAM
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a BDM or similar role, preferably in an international cybersecurity environment
- Knowledge of IGA is a strong plus
- Experience selling through a partner network is a strong plus
- Proven experience engaging with C-level executives
- Fluent in German and English (required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
