About the role

  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding customers' business objectives and challenges
  • Identify opportunities to expand our Cyber Security IAM solutions within customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular account and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to customers on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and IAM

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a BDM or similar role, preferably in an international cybersecurity environment
  • Knowledge of IGA is a strong plus
  • Experience selling through a partner network is a strong plus
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level executives
  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
