Product Manager

• Align with the CPO and the CTO on the high-level roadmap and own the end-to-end planning and prioritization of the squad roadmap focused on Location Experience
• Translate client and internal feedback into actionable requirements by creating user stories and mockups
• Work closely with the designers for UX iterations, ensuring the design matches the requirements for complex, map-centric user journeys
• Support product marketing collateral (including guides, FAQs, and videos) to promote new/upcoming features
• Be the “go-to” person for all Location Experience–related inquiries internally and externally
• Run monthly product demos in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager, showcasing map and spatial functionality
• Run product feedback sessions with customers

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to understand customer needs
• Shape the right solution and demonstrate Pointr’s indoor mapping and AI capabilities
• Lead technical discovery and translate complex requirements into practical solution options
• Help ensure that proposed solutions are commercially compelling and deliverable
• Define documentation and handover standards from Sales to Delivery
• Ensure a smooth transition from demo and sales process into implementation
• Surface recurring customer needs, product gaps, and feedback to Product and Delivery teams
