Product Manager

• Align with the CPO and the CTO on the high-level roadmap and own the end-to-end planning and prioritization of the squad roadmap focused on Analytics
• Translate client and internal feedback into actionable requirements by creating user stories and mockups
• Work closely with the designers for UX iterations, ensuring the design matches the requirements for complex, map-centric user journeys
• Support product marketing collateral (including guides, FAQs, and videos) to promote new/upcoming features

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner with the CEO and executives to provide data-driven financial insights.
• Own long-term financial strategy, including growth planning, profitability targets, and risk management.
• Lead financial and operational analyses related to business performance, market opportunities, pricing changes, and expansion initiatives.
• Present financial insights to stakeholders, investors, and the Board.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Build and maintain a prioritized target list of U.S. hospitals, health systems, and IDNs based on relevant buying signals
• Identify signals such as new campus openings, mobile app launches, digital leadership hires, EHR related initiatives, and engagement with our campaigns or events.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Excellence to align on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline goals

Technical Project Manager

• As assigned, own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners, ensuring timely, efficient delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• As assigned, own ongoing support of existing customers, including upgrades, expansion, and further product integration.
• Proactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on Pointr’s solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success
• Closely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr’s suite of technology with client applications
• Investigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside Pointr’s delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability
