Technical Project Manager

• As assigned, own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners, ensuring timely, efficient delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• As assigned, own ongoing support of existing customers, including upgrades, expansion, and further product integration.
• Proactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on Pointr’s solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success
• Closely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr’s suite of technology with client applications
• Investigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside Pointr’s delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability
• Facilitate client status meetings to manage the scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments
• Learn! Master Pointr’s product suite to better understand how clients can use our technology and in turn supplement our product roadmap

Business Development Rep

• Own outbound and inbound pipeline generation for healthcare enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Convert MQLs and outbound prospects into high-quality SQLs
• Run discovery calls focused on customer pain, value, buying process, and urgency
• Execute healthcare-focused outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
• Personalise messaging based on healthcare workflows, EHRs (e.g., Epic / MyChart), patient experience, and operational challenges
• Partner closely with Marketing on ABM motions, campaigns, and healthcare events
• Support PoC qualification and ensure clear handover to Customer Advocates / AEs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape account strategy and buying committees
• Provide structured feedback from frontline healthcare conversations
• Support case studies, references, and customer advocacy initiatives
• Act as a role model for BDR best practices and healthcare messaging
• Coach and support junior BDRs as the team scales

Senior Healthcare BDR

Sales

• Define and continuously refine Pointr’s enterprise sales motion, including ICP focus, target segments, and go-to-market approach
• Set clear standards for deal qualification, stakeholder mapping, value articulation, and close planning
• Lead structured reviews for large and complex opportunities (typically $250K+), ensuring clear ownership, risks, and decision criteria
• Own RevOps, including sales process design, CRM discipline, reporting, and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Review pricing, discounting, and commercial terms prior to close, challenging weak assumptions or over-optimism
• Coach Customer Advocates on discovery, negotiation, deal progression, and closing strategy
• Identify execution gaps and address them through playbooks, frameworks, or focused enablement
• Own pipeline quality, forecasting discipline, and sales process adherence
• Actively support critical customer engagements, including on-site meetings and demos, with flexibility to travel as needed
• Improve sales predictability and reduce late-stage deal fallout
