About the role

  • Lead and design AI systems across multiple SaaS solutions following AI Design Patterns.
  • Define technical standards and reusable patterns for reasoning, tool use, and coordinated action.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases, build scalable AI solutions, and create playbooks and patterns to accelerate implementation.
  • Transform prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Invest in talent development, equip teams with skills and tools to embed AI across the organization.
  • Mentor teams and ensure alignment with Responsible AI, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with model broker patterns, multi-model routing, and serving stacks.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Boomi Agentic AI platform capabilities is highly desired.
  • Mastery in DevOps processes and tools.
  • Mastery in GITHUB and troubleshooting complex versioning and DevOps issues.
  • Mastery in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to iteratively deliver complex solutions.
  • Excellent organization, critical-thinking, personal self-management and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to deliver without supervision, influence and motivate other team members.
  • A continuous learner – enjoy acquiring and sharing knowledge and wisdom with others.
  • A seasoned great team player and coach to partner with cross-functional teams and other practices like BA, QA & Operations.
  • Analytical mind that is forward thinking, with an aptitude to solve unique, ambiguous, and complex problems with broad impact.
  • A great communicator that can easily explain complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at leadership levels, to adopt a different point of view.
  • An excellent self-manager, able to handle high pressure situations.
