About the role

  • Preference for candidates located in California or based on the West Coast, but can be a remote role.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring deep knowledge of customers’ business and aligning PointClickCare technology with organizational goals.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and scale out best practices.
  • Build long-term account plans and execute; identify training and education needs; reconcile business and product challenges.
  • Cultivate collaboration among affiliated clients and facilitate customer-to-customer cooperation.
  • Craft and deliver narratives on product utilization to illustrate ROI and identify avenues for further adoption and value realization.
  • Act as primary point of contact and provide ongoing consultative support.
  • 30% travel expected; territory is California based with occasional travel to headquarters in Toronto, Canada.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings, or relevant industry exposure.
  • Must have exposure to healthcare organizations.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Display strategic thinking accompanied by robust analytical skills and a keen sense of urgency in delivering solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strategic thinking with analytical skills.
  • Experience with SaaS or EHR is advantageous; entrepreneurial spirit is a strong bonus.
