Technical Program Manager

• Orchestrate the delivery of complex initiatives across Lat 61, ensuring alignment between product vision, engineering execution, and customer needs.
• Drive planning, coordination, and communication across multiple workstreams, balancing technical depth with program oversight.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of technical initiatives across Lat 61, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are well defined and met.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data and AI leaders to coordinate priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Translate product roadmaps into detailed project plans, milestones, and tracking mechanisms that ensure visibility and accountability.
• Serve as the connective tissue between teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Establish best practices for program management, including sprint planning, retrospectives, risk management, and release readiness.
• Proactively identify blockers, resource gaps, and technical dependencies — and drive resolution before they impact delivery.

Engineering Manager

• Guide the engineering team responsible for building and scaling Lat 61, a platform that ingests, normalizes, and enriches diverse data sources.
• Shape engineering practices, grow and mentor a high-performing team, and drive delivery of core platform features.
• Oversee the design and build of core Lat 61 components, including data pipelines, APIs, and enrichment workflows.
• Translate product priorities into execution plans, ensuring delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code on time.
• Partner with Product, Data, and AI leaders to align technical direction with business needs and ensure seamless integration across the platform.
• Establish and enforce best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native operations.
• Ensure the platform can handle diverse data sources, high-throughput ingestion, and mission-critical workloads to maintain scalability and reliability.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and frameworks, bringing modern tools and approaches into the engineering team.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support enterprise growth strategy and develop operational discipline for executing leadership priorities
• Report to the Vice President of Corporate Finance and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
• Quarterback the expense and investment portion of the budget process, including building financial models and developing leadership budgets
• Assist integration efforts with cross-functional teams during M&A activity
• Conduct business and financial analysis to provide insight regarding operational verticals and investment strategy
