About the role

  • Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop members of the sales team
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to support development and address at-risk accounts
  • Monitor team performance and hold individuals accountable to established KPIs
  • Provide ongoing coaching, role-play, and training around objection handling and sales effectiveness
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer insights, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to improve reporting, processes, and overall efficiency
  • Own team revenue targets, including new business and/or MRR goals
  • Review pipeline activity and optimize pipeline management within Salesforce
  • Forecast revenue and identify risks or opportunities across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
  • Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent corporate work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality (serving or bartending experience is considered a strong asset).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast revenue.
  • Experience in dental, aesthetics, or eye care industries is considered an asset.
