  • strategically plan, create, and oversee all facets of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, Google Display, YouTube, and social media
  • manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering a tailored experience to meet their unique needs and ensure satisfaction and strong, long-term relationships
  • monitor and manage campaign finances diligently, ensuring adherence to budgets, forecasting monthly expenditures, and reconciling any financial discrepancies
  • uphold strict adherence to campaign deadlines, ensuring precise and accurate execution of all tasks
  • conduct detailed tracking, analysis, and reporting of website analytics using GA4 and other tools, as well as performance metrics for all paid advertising initiatives
  • implement conversion tracking by setting up and placing the appropriate codes on clients’ websites
  • work closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing Science, Sales, Web Development, Social Media, Content, and SEO—to manage client accounts and implement tailored marketing strategies
  • support process innovation to ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively
  • continuously stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain innovative and competitive marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), managing PPC campaigns on Google, demonstrating a strong grasp of paid search strategies
  • 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Meta advertising
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a good understanding of A/B testing and experience optimizing marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain systematic campaign management
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
