• Own performance of your channels (Google, ASA, TikTok): strategy, structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, and results
• Scale monthly spend to $500k+ while holding payback targets.
• Identify and open new channels and geos; kill what doesn't work.
• Run structured creative testing loops with our creative team.
• Master our measurement stack: Singular MMP plus our own BigQuery-based attribution and LTV models.
• Work directly with our data team to sharpen LTV curves, payback models, and geo/platform-level unit economics.
• Manage and hold accountable any external partners (agencies, vendors, pLTV/ML partners).
• Report performance to the CEO with specific numbers and clear recommendations.

• Own the entire creative production process end to end, from ideation to final output, including creating or sourcing visual assets, animation, editing, music selection, and applying sound effects.
• Develop fresh concepts, hooks, and visual directions for new ad creatives. You set the idea in motion.
• Continuously explore new angles, visual styles, formats, and creative approaches to find what resonates with our audience.
• Turn creative learnings into stronger concepts, fresh variations, and higher-performing ads, week after week.
