About the role
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Contribute to the overall success of our sales pipeline.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate data.
- Sell to existing and potential accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan as needed.
Requirements
- Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a sales representative with inside sales.
- Proven work experience of 1+ years in outbound calling, social media, and prospecting.
- Work experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative of 1-2 years is a plus.
- Account management and relationship-building experience are preferred.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to excel both individually and as a Team Player.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
