About the role

  • Operating in a global delivery model, provides strategic direction to testing and acts as SME for QA and line of business domains
  • Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle and coordinates test strategy, scripting and defect resolution
  • Ensures early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core focus early in the product lifecycle
  • Takes accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products
  • Develops meaningful management metrics to gauge project health and identify trends for continuous improvement in product release
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to maintain high quality and on-time delivery of releases

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • PL/SQL knowledge a plus
  • Experience with business requirements/technical requirements writing SQL strong skills
  • Agile/Kanban experience
  • Defect Tracking/Testing scripts
  • Teradata/MDM knowledge a plus
  • Informatica ETL experience
  • TOAD and Python familiarity
  • Lead experience
