About the role
- Apply specialty product knowledge to close or administer risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions
- Validate construction due diligence requirements and/or monitor construction progress and draw requirements
- Review customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting
- Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to customers, investors, and business partners to execute transactions
- Participate in risk mitigation activities
- Researching data prior to running reports
- Multi-tasking daily and assisting where needed
- Analyze reports to identify exceptions and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Agency experience is preferred
- 4+ years of related business or functional experience
