Implement new system configuration changes and solve business problems related to First Mortgage and Home Equity products
Partner with other Software Engineers and developers to provide system configuration solutions to meet business requirements
Participate in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet business needs and standards
Actively participate in daily stand ups, retros and demonstrations of product output
Support crews in Agile@PNC methodologies
Escalate to appropriate resource when issues occur and collaborate with vendor partners on planning and escalations
Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs
Write code, test and deploy software
Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software
Maintain and debug software
Requirements
Strong proficiency with Empower LOS
Strong proficiency with ADO
Strong proficiency with JIRA
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Postman - preferred
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Certifications are often desired
