About the role

  • Serve as a direct representative of the business on an agile team to attain, understand, and communicate business vision and needs
  • Write and refine user stories, prioritize work, and provide guidance to technical teams
  • Own and maintain a prioritized work backlog for one or more Agile teams
  • Review and accept output of I/T and/or business development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completed
  • Participate in cross-functional teams including UX, designers, business analysts, developers, testers to develop, execute and release aligning with road maps
  • Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to translate business requirements, understand needs, measures, risks & controls
  • Assist change partners in preparing the business for change and provide tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk
  • Adhere to Enterprise processes, procedures, controls, standards, tools and templates
  • Execute robust test plan (user acceptance testing, production validation)
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or business operations/product line
  • 1-3 years experience supporting Mobile App development
  • Proven experience refining agile features for complex platforms
  • Hands-on experience using tools of Jira, Clarity, and Figma
  • Developing knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases and project management tools
  • Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Developing knowledge in translating business requirements into functional specifications or decomposing features into IT consumable stories
  • Knowledge of Process Engineering methodologies and Change Management practices
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
