Aligns business strategy with software solutions
Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs
Oversees technical and procedural documentation required
Leads complex problem solving and provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development
Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities
Collaborate with Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology to drive adoption of new data products
Requirements
Experience in data strategy, product management, or a related field within the financial services or fintech industry
History of leading change and influencing the adoption of new products
Familiarity with leading Data repositories: Big Data Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata, No-SQL
Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, Neo4J, Elastic Stack
Familiarity with data technologies like Kafka Streaming, Alation Data Catalog
Knowledge of data concepts like Metamodel governance, Data pipeline orchestration and feature engineering
Knowledge of data architecture
Preferred Skills: Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Release Management, Software Solutions, User Experience (UX) Design
