Coordinate project activities using Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies based on project needs.
Facilitate or support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with retail digital strategies and customer experience goals.
Translate business requirements into structured work items and assist teams in understanding scope and priorities.
Ensure digital changes follow risk, compliance, brand, and accessibility guidelines applicable to retail and digital channels.

Requirements

Experience supporting or managing technology or digital projects in a matrixed or cross‑functional environment.
Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical partners across multiple teams.
Strong communication, planning, organization, and documentation skills.
Experience working with or coordinating vendor‑driven technology or digital solution implementations.
Background in retail, digital product delivery, financial services, banking, or consumer technology environments is a plus.
