Maintain and update monthly reports on to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Pull ad-hoc reporting requests from sales, product, finance and other stakeholders.
Assist in gathering business requirements for data development.
Take ownership of existing dashboards and ensure timely updates and enhancements.
Contribute to reporting and strategy development initiatives focused on reducing portfolio attrition.
Reports to the Sr. Manager of Pricing, Data Analysis & Revenue Initiatives.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business operations.
Experience working with or for a sales organization, payments/merchant acquiring industry a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with Python, SQL, or Hadoop and business analytics tools preferred.
Experience building dashboards with Tableau, Power BI.
Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
