About the role
- Lead end-to-end program management for PNC’s enterprise Generative AI initiatives, from intake through execution and delivery
- Establish and manage program governance
- Partner closely with technology leaders, business stakeholders, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and responsible AI guidelines
- Drive cross-functional coordination to enable consistent execution, dependency management, and integrated delivery
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, and strategic impact
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise objectives
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve program processes, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, technology-driven programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong expertise in governance, planning, risk management, and executive communications
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across organizations
- Experience supporting or delivering AI, GenAI, data, or emerging technology programs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
- Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
- Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
- Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
