Requirements
- 8–12+ years in solution / enterprise architecture
- Strong experience with Salesforce enterprise platforms
- API & integration design experience
- Architecture governance & review experience
- Ability to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge in Banking / financial services domain (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Experience with Case management or servicing platforms (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Familiarity with Workflow engines (Flowable, Camunda, Pega Flow, etc.) (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Knowledge in Regulatory / risk‑sensitive environments (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata‑driven architecture
- Knowledge in Multi‑tenant architecture, governor limits, licensing constraints
- Understanding of Declarative vs programmatic design tradeoffs
- Experience in end‑to‑end solution design (experience → orchestration → data → integration)
- Proficient in Object and data model design
- Understanding of Security model design (profiles, permission sets, sharing, Shield)
- Skilled in Scalability and performance design
- Knowledge in Architecture blueprints and decision records
- Familiarity with Event‑driven patterns (Platform Events, CDC)
- Core system integration patterns (banking / servicing platforms)
- Ability to establish standards and best practices
- Experience in Architecture reviews and design approvals
- Skill in translating business intent into technical design
