Requirements

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Capable of breaking down complex processes
Ability to articulate the differences between what, why, and how a given process works
Analysis skills, ability to run queries against SQL type tables
Experience writing technical requirements, proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio
Some coding/development past experience or training is a plus
Comfortable troubleshooting problems
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
