About the role

  • Manage new and existing clients remotely and virtually
  • Identify customer needs and present PNC's products and services
  • Grow share of wallet with existing clients and acquire new clients
  • Coordinate implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services
  • Conduct outreach to targeted prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the Virtual RM team to share best practices
  • Manage risk/return in accordance with PNC's risk profile
  • Mitigate different types of risk related to clients
  • Utilize technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple channels
