About the role
- support Fulfillment by providing comprehensive loan documentation support
- ensure new and existing team members understand requirements and expectations
- provide clear guidance, aligned with internal legal resources
- support day‑to‑day inquiries and escalations
- communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
- promote the production workflow and oversee escalated process issues
- independently identify and manage the resolution of exceptions
- ensure understanding, acceptance and support for business support services, methods, capabilities or initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- university / college degree or equivalent education and experience
- strong legal background in loan documentation
- ability to coach operations process managers and team members
- knowledge of compliance issues and risk management
