About the role
- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Requirements
- Lead the design and development of rich, responsive, and scalable UI applications using Angular.
- Own front-end architecture decisions, including component design, state management, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Java, Spring boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka, Gradle.
- 5+ years of Experience with JAVA, Microservices, OpenShift or other Cloud services (AWS, Azure), Spring Boot, WebSphere, Apache, Apigee.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jenkins, UDeploy.
- Experience with Build tools like Maven, Gradle.
- Experience in creating Monitoring dashboards in tools like Dynatrace, Humio/Splunk.
- Strong debugging skills - Experience in performance tuning, JVM profiling, capacity planning.
- Experience in Monitoring, maintenance and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance.
- Experience in SQL, Oracle and Mongo Database.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring onshore/offshore developers.
- Strong communication skills.
