About the role
- Managing existing clients through strong virtual communication skills
- Growing share of wallet with existing clients
- Identifying customer needs and presenting PNC's products and services
- Coordinating implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services
- Managing origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services
- Collaborating with the Virtual RM team to share best practices
- Utilizing technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty
- Actively identifying and mitigating risks
Requirements
- Must possess experience in Business Banking Relationship Management
- Experience in Business Banking Health Care a plus
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- University / college degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
