About the role

  • responsible for improving and evolving the end‑to‑end customer experience for small and mid‑sized business credit card products
  • focuses on reviewing customer journeys across servicing and ongoing usage to identify friction points
  • define opportunities and deliver meaningful improvements
  • partners closely with technology teams, product owners, operations, marketing, and other cross‑functional stakeholders
  • translates customer needs and business objectives into prioritized product enhancements
  • manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of less complex products or initiatives
  • monitors and analyzes business results of recently introduced or existing products
  • coordinates reporting and may recommend modifications to improve results

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
  • Ability to leverage customer information into customized solutions
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities
