About the role
- responsible for improving and evolving the end‑to‑end customer experience for small and mid‑sized business credit card products
- focuses on reviewing customer journeys across servicing and ongoing usage to identify friction points
- define opportunities and deliver meaningful improvements
- partners closely with technology teams, product owners, operations, marketing, and other cross‑functional stakeholders
- translates customer needs and business objectives into prioritized product enhancements
- manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of less complex products or initiatives
- monitors and analyzes business results of recently introduced or existing products
- coordinates reporting and may recommend modifications to improve results
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
- Ability to leverage customer information into customized solutions
- Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities
- Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities
