About the role
- Serve as a servant leader who builds trust and fosters collaboration
- Facilitate team ceremonies, removing blockers and guiding discussions
- Act as the team’s coach and cheerleader
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and Scaled Agile concepts
- Manage documentation and workflow in Confluence
- Support coordination across multiple squads or release trains
- Draws on past experience to support and facilitate Scrum Team(s)
- Ensure team adherence to Agile principles
- Provide coaching to teams, including newly formed teams
- Organize and facilitate ceremonies, recommending improvement opportunities
- Track and communicate overall team progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
