About the role
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing initiatives
- Manage QE teams ensuring quality gates are met
- Champion automation, continuous testing methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans and schedules
- Track QE deliverables and report progress to executives
- Hire, mentor and coach QE professionals
- Drive process improvements in test automation frameworks
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 3 years of prior management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Application Development, Business Management, Cloud Computing
- Java Architecture, Microsoft Azure, Process Improvements
- Must be fluent in English
