About the role
- Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals
- Identifies client requirements and recommends appropriate services
- Analyzes information and applies critical thinking skills to design and/or execute client solutions
- Provides sales or consultative support to clients
- Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs
- Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification
- Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience
- Responds to customer inquiries on internal products, services and processing activities for the industry
- Works with various sales channels to facilitate the prompt referral of leads beyond the target market
