About the role

  • Manages major physical properties in an assigned region
  • Drives the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level
  • Ensures properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional, and cost effective manner
  • Manages vendors and contractors
  • Prepares and works with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for the region
  • Identifies and executes on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects
  • Designs and implements building specific plans including space planning and cost saving initiatives
  • Assists Regional Property manager in the implementation of regional initiatives
  • Oversees property and/or regional related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations
  • Approves property related projects, up to $50k in value
  • Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users

Requirements

  • university / college degree
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • specific certifications may be required
  • experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
