About the role

  • Evaluate borrower's financial records, collateral and operational processes to help assess risk
  • Prepare reports of findings and provide recommendations that support sound credit decisions
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients
  • Actively identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
  • Focus on increasing client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification
  • Manage effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1+ years of Asset Based Lending (ABL) Field Exam experience
  • Familiarity with corporate accounting through coursework and/or job experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • University / college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
