About the role
- Daily customer contact, participating in team meetings and client meetings alongside the Customer Success Analyst.
- Assist in updating indicators such as Platform Adoption level, Lifecycle, and Customer Perception.
- Support the preparation and presentation of weekly and/or monthly reports.
- Assist in developing consumption management status reports.
- Participate in special projects assigned by management.
- Update the daily time-tracking report on the intranet.
- Open and close support tickets.
- Provide support to operational teams.
- Assist the Customer Success Analyst with daily monitoring of the metrics for the clients in their portfolio.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Availability to commit to at least 1 year of internship.
- Interest in and affinity for the online/technology market are essential, as well as curiosity to learn new tools and methodologies.
