About the role

  • Daily customer contact, participating in team meetings and client meetings alongside the Customer Success Analyst.
  • Assist in updating indicators such as Platform Adoption level, Lifecycle, and Customer Perception.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of weekly and/or monthly reports.
  • Assist in developing consumption management status reports.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management.
  • Update the daily time-tracking report on the intranet.
  • Open and close support tickets.
  • Provide support to operational teams.
  • Assist the Customer Success Analyst with daily monitoring of the metrics for the clients in their portfolio.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Availability to commit to at least 1 year of internship.
  • Interest in and affinity for the online/technology market are essential, as well as curiosity to learn new tools and methodologies.
